Terms & Conditions #teamyellow Coaches Program

Thank you for your interest in participating in the #teamyellow Coaches program offered by Tennis-Point (Tennis-Point Europe GmbH, HRB 283659, Munich Register Court). 

By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 

Criteria for participation 
  • The #teamyellow Coaches program is aimed at tennis and/or padel coaches. The coach must have a valid coaching certification recognized by the respective tennis federation in the country. 

  • If a coach has uploaded proof of license to Tennis-Point in the past, this will automatically be transferred to the new #teamyellow Coaches program. After the transfer, the trainer must fill out a questionnaire to indicate personal preferences and characteristics for program optimization. 

  • Agreements between the coach or his club with other tennis or padel brands do not affect eligibility to participate in the program. 
Registration process 
  • The coach can register for the #teamyellow Coaches program under “Coaches and Clubs Program” in “My Account” by completing the registration form. 

  • After confirmation by Tennis-Point, the trainer becomes a coach of the #teamyellow Coaches program (“#teamyellow Coach”). 
Obligations of the #teamyellow coach 
  • The #teamyellow Coaches program is free. 

  • The #teamyellow Coach must promote Tennis-Point in his environment, especially among his students, and encourage them to buy tennis or padel equipment from Tennis-Point. 
#teamyellow Coach discount 
  • As a #teamyellow coach, the coach receives a discount on a large portion of Tennis-Point products (“coach discount”). 

  • The coach discount is automatically applied when the coach registers as a #teamyellow coach in the Tennis Point webshop. 

  • With the #teamyellow Coach card, which the #teamyellow Coach receives via his Coach profile in the “Program for Coaches and Clubs” under “My Account”, the Coach discount can also be claimed in the Tennis Point stores. 

  • The #teamyellow coach can test the test rackets offered in the Tennis Point web shop free of charge by paying a deposit. After adding the test racket to the shopping cart, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. 
Coach referral discount codes 
  • The #teamyellow coach receives an individual discount code that he can pass on free of charge to those around him, especially his students. The discount code grants a discount of 5%, which can usually be combined with other current promotions or discount codes and can be redeemed in the Tennis Point webshop and in stores. The exact conditions for redeeming the discount code are stated in the voucher image. 

  • The discount code is only valid in the country where the #teamyellow coach is registered. 

  • The #teamyellow coach will receive the discount code via email, and the discount code can also be viewed via their coach profile in the “Trainers and Clubs Program” under “My Account”. After the discount code expires, the #teamyellow coach will receive a new individual discount code by email. 
Commission for sales with discount code 
  • The #teamyellow Coach receives a commission for sales generated by purchases in the Tennis Point webshop or in stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland where the #teamyellow Coach discount code is used. The commission is 5% of the net turnover achieved and is granted for every turnover of €500 in the form of a gift card for Tennis-Point. 

  • Once the sales threshold is reached, the #teamyellow coach can redeem the corresponding gift card directly via their coach profile under “Coaches and Clubs Program” in the “My Account” section. Tennis-Point then provides the gift card to the coach via email. 

  • The right to commission does not apply to sales where a statutory or contractual right of withdrawal is exercised. 
Communication 
  • The #teamyellow coach agrees to be contacted by Tennis-Point via email. Contact can be made in particular for registration purposes, to be notified of the discount code, to provide information about sales generated or changes to the #teamyellow Coaches program, and as part of the newsletter. 

  • The #teamyellow Coach assures that the information he provides is complete and correct. If the information provided by the #teamyellow Coach or other circumstances required by the #teamyellow Coaches Program change, the Coach must immediately change it via their Coach Profile in the “Coaches and Clubs Program” under “My Account”. 
Termination 
  • The #teamyellow Coach can terminate his participation in the #teamyellow Coaches program at any time by sending written notice/e-mail to [email protected].
     
  • Tennis-Point can terminate a coach's participation in the #teamyellow Coaches program with immediate effect by sending an email, in particular 

  a. if the trainer violates any provision of these General Terms and Conditions, 

  b. if the trainer loses his trainer certification, 

  c. if the coach speaks negatively about Tennis-Point or portrays the brand in a negative light, 

  d. in the event of misuse of discount codes, including distribution on voucher websites, or 

  e. in case of other fraudulent behavior by the trainer. 

  • When participation is canceled, the trainer's discount code becomes invalid and his entitlement to the coach discount and commission expires. 
Acceptance, changes to the general terms and conditions 
  • Tennis-Point reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time. 

  • Tennis-Point will inform the #teamyellow coach via email about the change in conditions. 

  • Continued participation in the #teamyellow Coaches program after the change to the Terms and Conditions constitutes the #teamyellow Coach's acceptance of the changed terms and conditions. 

  • By participating in the #teamyellow Coaches program, the #teamyellow Coach agrees to the validity of these General Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
