New for 2021, Yonex updated the 2018 version with an all-new VCORE 95. Endorsed on the ATP tour by Denis Shapovalov.

Yonex has improved the VCORE to become an even more spin-friendly frame. Yonex has made some big updates adding key technology pieces to the racquet including new 2G NAMD flex force & VDM.

The all-new 2G NAMD is incorporated in the upper throat to the lower frame, all-new FLEX FORCE graphite allows for the racquet to quickly flex and snapback for maximum spin potential. To help achieve faster head speeds for increased spin potential, Yonex's Aero Trench reduces drag by uniquely hiding the grommets located at the top of the frame. This allows for easy maneuverability. Further adding to that spin potential, Yonex engineered straight grommet hole grommets that allow for more string movement on outer areas of the racquet.

The new VCORE features Yonex's signature racquet technology, Isometric Shape which generates a 7% larger sweet spot for great control without sacrificing power Yonex also improved the damping of the frame by including a stretchy mesh material wrapped around the graphite within the grip to filter unwanted vibrations. .

With a 95 square inch head, 11.4 ounces strung weight and a unique 16x20 string pattern; the VCORE 95 is the ideal mid-sized frame for the advanced player seeking a user-friendly stick that has excellent feel and pin-point control on groundstrokes.

It can’t be a 95!
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

I recently switch from the pure aero to the yonex vcore 95 and I’m so glad I did! I feel I get a lot more control and stability in the frame. There is slightly less power than the aero but what I make up for in control definitely outweighs the slight loss in power. I feel like I consistently hit the ball cleaner. Volleys and slices feel effortless. I am experimenting with added weight in the hoop to give it a little more plow through. Overall I just love the shape I get on the ball. Highly recommend this racquet. Don’t let the head size make you dismiss giving this racquet a go! Just as a reference I’m a 4.0-4.5.

I’ve played dozens of racquets in the last couple of years and this is by far my favorite. For me, it perfectly complements the power level im looking for. Compared to something like a Pure Aero, I can trust this racquet to get my shots in without being forced to swing balls out with crazy topspin on ever shot. I can flatten balls out with this and I can also whip up big spin. It’s a very versatile racquet. Great directional control on volleys and I’m getting a few unreturnable serves with good placement. I struggle on kick serves a little bit, but that’s definitely one part user error. Now to the elephant in the room. It’s a 95” racquet. Overlay this with anything else, including that Pure Aero and the upper half of the hoop is every bit as large and wide. Down near the throat end, you can tell that it’s smaller. That said, if you’re hitting it down by the throat that often, you’re probably losing your rally anyways, framed or not. The biggest problem I have with the size is the mental factor. If you’re neurotic like me, and already worried the 95 is too small, that lingering worry may never go away, despite the fact that the racquet plays absolutely awesome.
