Wholesale Return Policy
Return and Exchange Policy
Unused/unworn products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of order for full refund.
Any item(s) that are returned more than 30 days from date of receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Returns qualify as free if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $75. Otherwise, a $15 charge will be deducted when your credit is processed.

Free returns only valid in the continental United States.
Racquet Returns and Exchange
Racquets must be returned in brand new condition.
Any racquet that is returned in unused condition (no ball fuzz, scrapes on racquet or grommets, or plastic removed from the handle will be issued a full refund (excluding string).
Tennis-Point will NOT accept used racquets for return. Used racquets will be returned to the customer. The shipping cost of any used product and subsequent return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Court Equipment, Machines, Court Maintenance Items and Ball Returns
Returned Equipment, Machines, Court Maintenance Items or Balls are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty Replacements
All warranties must be approved for a replacement BEFORE being returned.
Items returned for a warranty that do not meet the manufacturers requirements will be returned to the customer. The shipping cost of any product returned are the responsibility of the customer.
