No other method of entry will be accepted. Each eligible participant may double his/her chances to win Sweepstakes by entering through both avenues of entry. Only one (1) entry per eligible individual is permitted for each method of entry. Mass entries generated by a script, macro, or use of automated devices will be disqualified.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry of information by entrants; lost Entries or transmissions; interrupted or unabailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions of other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electric, technical malfunctions or the mobile hardware, software, or any combination therreof; problems associated with any virus or other damages caused to entrants' system. All Entries will become the sole property of Sponsor and cannot be returned.

Mobile cannot be shared with any other entity and this must be Email Specific.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AUTHORIZE SPONSOR TO SHARE AND USE THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT WITH YOUR ENTRY FOR PURPOSES UNRELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. To opt-out of receiving any newsletters or promotional materials from Sponsor, send an email to service@tennis-point.com or text STOP to 38378.

The Sweepstakes will have six (6) winners (the “Winners”) who will receive one (1) of the following six (6) packages: a Nettie Set - Family Pack pickleball kit; a Fila Men’s Tennis Kit; a Fila Women’s Tennis Kit; a Head Boom Pro Tennis Racquet and a Head Coco Duffle Tennis Bag; a Wilson Blade 98 (16x19) v8 Tennis Racquet and a Wilson Blade Super Tour 9 Pack Tennis Bag; a Babolat Pure Aero Rafa Tennis Racquet and a Babolat Pure Aero Rafa 6 Pack Bag; and a beta/prototype TrueTennisVR set that includes a Meta Quest 2 Virtual Reality Headset, a one (1) year subscription to the TrueTennisVR program, and a virtual tennis racquet; (the “Prizes”). The retail value of the Prizes are as follows: $289.99 (Nettie); $110.00 (Fila men); $140.00 (Fila women); $388.00 (Head package); $388.00 (Wilson package); $388.95 (Babolat package); and $500.00 (VR package), respectively.

THE PRIZE IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE, AND ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE, AND ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WINS THE PRIZE.

No substitution of one of the Prizes or transfer/assignment of one of the Prizes to others or request for the cash equivalent of said Prize by the Winner is permitted.

Starting on or about August 14, 2022 at 12PM EST through August 19, 2022 at 12PM EST, one (1) Entry will be selected randomly in a drawing from all eligible entries submitted each day. The odds of winning the Prizes depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

The Winners will be notified by August 19, 2022 via the email address or telephone number provided in his or her Entry (“Winner Notification”) that he or she has won one of the Prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the Winner Notification. The award of one of the Prizes to a Winner will be conditional on a Winner indicating to Sponsor within three (3) days of and in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Winner Notification that he or she is willing to accept one of the Prize. The award of one of the Prizes to a Winner will also be conditional on the Winner submitting a Winner’s Declaration (defined below) to Sponsor in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Winner Notification.

If a Winner does not indicate that he or she is willing to accept the Prize within three (3) days of Winner Notification, refuses to submit a Winner’s Declaration (defined below), or is otherwise ineligible, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant who will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

The Prizes will be sent via USPS or FedEx to the confirmed Winner within ten (10) days of Winner Notification, provided that all requirements set forth in these Official Rules have been met, with the exception of the TrueTennisVR package, which will not be available until October 2022. This Prize will be sent as soon as it is made available to the Winner within ten (10) days of Winner Notification at the appropriate time provided that all requirements set forth in these Official Rules have been met.

Sponsor is not responsible for its inability to contact a Winner or deliver one of the Prizes due to any changes of a Winner’s email address or telephone number. If an entrant’s email address or telephone number changes between the time he or she enters the Sweepstakes and the and the drawing date, it is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor of such change.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Winner who entered online, the Winner will be deemed to be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address supplied with the Entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Unless prohibited by law, a Winner will be required to sign and complete a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability and publicity grant (“Winner’s Declaration”), which will include consent to the use of a Winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet. The Winner’s Declaration must be returned to Sponsor within five (5) days of Winner Notification.

By participating or attempting to participate in the Sweepstakes, even if ineligible, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, legal advisors, and all related individuals and entities, as well as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors, (collectively, the “Released Entities”) from any and all liability, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages (including punitive, incidental, consequential, and special damages and lost profits), claims (including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy), or actions of any kind arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes in any way, including, but not limited to, (1) entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes; (2) any errors in evaluating the eligibility of entrants; (3) any acceptance, possession, ownership, misuse or use of the Prizes or items purchased with the Prizes; (4) any typographical, mechanical, technical, programming, human, or other error or malfunction in the printing, offering, selection, operation, or announcement of the Sweepstakes and/or the Prizes; (5) any technical malfunctions of the computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by Sponsor; and (6) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Entities.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects. Any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes arising between entrants or attempted entrants and Sponsor shall be submitted to the federal, state, and local courts located in Cincinnati, Ohio and resolved under the laws of the State of Ohio.

Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules, including by, and without limitation, in its sole discretion, disqualifying any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of Sponsor’s website, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Official Rules or Winner’s Declaration will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or Winner’s Declaration is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules.

Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes without notice. In the event of cancellation, the Prizes may be awarded by random drawing of the eligible entries received prior to the date of the cancellation or not awarded at all, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
