Solid Lightweight Racquet

This is a great doubles racquet! At 102 sq. inches, this is large enough to give you a little extra margin for error on volleys, but is lightweight and maneuverable at the net. I think the strong point of this racquet is the consistency it has throughout the frame, which allows for good serving and predictable ground strokes. I think this racquet could be paired with either a multi string for good power or a poly for more spin and control. It's just an all-around really great frame.

Volkl V1 Classic

Solid, well-balanced and lightweight racquet with great control, muted feeling and very easy on the arm/wrist. I also have a Wilson Blade 98L V6 that has a little more pop on the serve and with crisper volleys, but the Volkl feels little more stable on ground strokes and has given me improved accuracy on my two-hand backhand. I have it strung with Volkl Cyclone 17G at 52 lbs. and it really has improved my spin production. My Blade is strung with Cyclone 16G which does not spin it quite as much, but Cyclone has become my new go-to string. Finally, this racquet came with a free Volkl vibration dampener and a free Volkl racquet bag. Tennis-Point should get more than five stars for the bag/vibration dampener, the quality stringing and excellent packaging/fast shipping. I have purchased from the other two big online tennis shops, but I will be switching over to Tennis-Point because of their customer service. I couldn't be more pleased.
