Too tight in the bust; too loose in the waist

Nice color. Thick, heavy fabric (so not great in hot weather). No darts, so the top is very tight in the bust (I'm a DD) and too big around the waist. The top would fit a small-busted, large-waisted size 16. I'm returning it.
