Returns Supervisor
The Returns Department is a critical piece of Tennis Points success. The Returns Supervisor must be able to lead and assist the returns team. The role is responsible for training, organizing, and managing the day to day of the returns department. Attention to detail, accuracy, organizational and communication skills are a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule Staff
- Work with Warehouse Manager when extra staff is needed
- Schedule / Organize daily work for efficiency
- Understand all aspects of the day-to-day department
- Train new employees
- Prep and process returns
- Open, review, organize and document customer returns.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Specifications
- Ability to sit or stand in one place for extended periods of time.
- Strong computer skills.
- Should possess basic reading, mathematical and analytical skill sets.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet set targets and deadlines.
- Good written and oral communication skills for interacting and coordinating work within warehouse team members.
Education and Qualifications
- Desire and ability to work as a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
- 2 years’ experience in returns processing preferred
