Racquet Warranty Registration
Further Warranty Information
New racquets carry a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects, and claims are at the sole discretion of the racquet's manufacturer. In order to file a warranty claim, you must send your racquet back to us for further inspection. Additionally, each warranty process is slightly different depending on the manufacturer, and each situation varies from individual to individual. If your racquet is approved, you will receive store credit for the full value of the racquet for replacement. Tennis-Point cannot guarantee that your racquet will qualify, as these decisions are ultimately determined by the racquet's manufacturer. If you need to send you racquet in for evaluation, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping it back to us.

- Make sure to include the original order invoice or sales receipt along with a reason for returning the racquet. If you need help with this, please contact us.
- Upon arrival, our warranty team will evaluate the racquet and if necessary, send the racquet to the manufacturer for further inspection.
- Racquets sent to the manufacturer for evaluation typically take 4 to 6 weeks but may longer based off the manufacturer's demand.
- If your racquet is approved, you will receive a store credit for the full value of your racquet as a replacement.
- Racquets that show signs of abuse, impact damage, or unusual, non-defect related wear will not qualify.
- If the manufacturer does not replace your tennis racquet, we will contact you about returning of the racquet. If we do not receive a response, we will dispose of the racquet.
