The shoe's unique 3D circle-and-bridge outer construction also ensures flexibility and stability, without compromising on durability. The PITA sock construction has been re-engineered to provide a secure and flexible fit that conforms to the top and sides of your foot. This shoe also features a Mizuno WAVE plate that adds extra cushioning and ankle support at the heel, a PoWnCe midsole with an insole board for responsive shock absorption, and a D-Flex groove at the midfoot to enable quick turns while mid-sprint for a ball. The DuRubber outsole is durable and comes with a 6-month warranty.

Get them for the warranty

Good shoe. My son gets them for the warranty, though Mizuno is not letting Tennis Point do the warranty anymore so will have to send them back directly to Mizuno. Most of the juniors are wearing these shoes.

Not a high quality shoe

These shoes are not what I hoped they would be. I will be returning them. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Nice looking shoe-attractive colors and design Cons: Narrow and tight for me (I have a very normal foot, size 11 always works), Lacks quality padding, No padding on tongue, Sole padding feels a little thin and somewhat lumpy, Sole width is narrow and does not provide as stable a base as some shoes, Materials appear cheap

This is my fifth pair of the Mizuno Wave shoe. Needless to say I love this shoe for playing pickleball. It comfortably wraps around your foot giving support. It is durable, and has a six month guarantee for wear which I have yet to use because they last.
