The new Mizuno Wave Exceed Light shoes offer a next-level lightness for quick movement across the court. Mizuno ENERZY FOAM in the heel gives better cushion, energy return, and responsiveness, while the FOAM WAVE insole will make hour three of your match feel like you’re just walking out on the court.

The redesigned sole has targeted durability in areas that are high-wearing while also decreasing extraneous rubber to retain the lightweight feel. The PoWnCe material maximizes comfort while reducing bulk at the midsole, and combined with ENERZY FOAM, shock is distributed more evenly and better absorbed.

Great fit and comfortable while providing excellent lateral support. The cushioning in the heel is very soft.

Comfortable for a light shoe

The shoe was light and also surprisingly more comfortable than the Asics, Wilson's and Adidas shoes I've bought in the past.

Poor fit. Poor insole cushion.

These shoes fit and felt awful. Had to return them for a credit toward another known brand---probably K Swiss.
