A new look for an old favorite! The Pro Kennex Kinetic 5G Classic is the same model as the original 5G with the same specifications. Excellent control and maneuverability with good power. Definitely a "players" racquet. The Kinetic's mass provides shock dampening that is easier on your arm.

After buying several rackets with no real idea what type of racket I needed, I changed my strings on my existing racket to a stiffer string and got the dreaded tennis elbow. Maybe, If I had an arm friendly racket like this one to start with, with lighter ga strings this could have been avoided. So far this racket does have much less vibration when the ball misses the sweat spot, And with 17 ga strings my arm has no soreness after playing. Good looking racket too and a good price.

like the racquet but stringing seems bad

The racquet looks good. Received two days back and played first day. Had hybrid strings with solinco tour at 60 in the mains and babolat xcel at 56 in the crosses. When I received the racquet, the strings looks not properly strung and after playing the strings are moving already. Not sure if this is expected from a hybrid. I suspect whoever strung this racquet didnt do a good job. So happy with the racquet but not with the service.

As the other reviewers have mentioned, this frame is excellent for those who suffer from tennis elbow. I took a break from tennis and can’t remember the last time I picked up a racquet and swung without pain. After this racquet, everything changed! It’s easy on the arm with the shock dampening system and has amazing feel. Not only was it a comfortable frame, but I am able to generate the power I need without losing control. There is room for some spin potential as well, but this definitely provides more control which I was needing. I noticed that my net game improved with the touch I was able to get with this. Anyone who has tennis elbow needs to try this frame!

Classic and Happy

Like others have said, this frame lets you play after T.E issues. My power years are behind me and the classic feel of this frame helps me keep the ball under control. I can play all day with NXT in this thing. Trouble with these new stiff frames, drop the cash (not $200!) and get back out there.

This racket is great for tennis elbow suffering people. It's got some heft, but is easy on the arm

I developed severe tennis elbow and after some rest and rehab starting to play with this racquet. To my amazement, the pain completely regressed and has not returned. Its also a nice playing racquet and you can't beat the price!
