Showroom Associate
Retail Sales Associates main job working with the showroom customers, and assisting them in choosing the right apparel or item. Tennis-Point Showroom is open 7 days a week flexible schedules are available for days, evenings and weekends For additional information regarding this position please contact our customer support team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers to close sales
- Work with customers by providing products or product knowledge that lead the customer to make a purchase
- Greets each customer, offers to help customer
- Processes sales through the POS (register
- Keeps racks neat and in order
- Replenishes stock (hang, fold, tags, move to correct area)
- Pulls web orders as requested
- Keeps surrounding area neat and clean
- Checks on dressing rooms to make sure they are clean and emptied after each customer
- Completing all the assigned tasks by the retail sales manager
- Close out POS (Register) and balance nightly
