Customer Service Representative

Their main goal is to assist the Midwest customer with product information, and order entry. Tennis-Point is open 7 days a week, employment hours are available daytime, evening or weekend. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from customers in a professional consistent manner
  • Booking orders either by phone, email or chat
  • Provide limited product information to assist the customer in their purchase
  • Must enjoy working with customers

Skills and Specifications

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills are required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Telephone etiquette is required
  • Able to react effectively and calmly when handling customers
  • Ability to work to a schedule, some evenings and weekends are required
