To get a similar feel as a17 guage, I recommend stringing at the high end of your racquet's recommended tension. I strung at 63 lbs. on a Wilson Burn 100. The racquet plays great with plenty of power, touch, and tons of spin. You"ll break strings more often, but mine lasted about six weeks before it broke, and it played just fine up until it broke. I'm ordering more.
