All new for 2021, Head introduces the Radical MP with Graphene 360+ technology! This eye-catching Radical MP was developed with the versatile all-court player in mind, offering the perfect combination of power, control, and spin for a broad range of players

New features into this Radical MP include the implementation of Graphene 360 PLUS w/ Spiral Fibers into the frame. The combination of Head's signature Graphene 360 technology for optimized energy transfer and the innovative spiral fibers for enhanced flex & a clean impact feel make this racquet a must-own.

Using graphene rings at 3,9 & 12 o'clock portions of the racquet -- Head has created less twist in the racquet which produces better energy transfer -- giving more power and additional control. Head has also implemented graphene into the shaft of the Radical MP to enable counterweighted balance for power and maneuverability. The additional Graphene in the racquet head gives less frame flex so you get more power.

The Head Radical MP continues to feature Dynamic 16x19 String Pattern which essentially allows for more forgiveness for players that like to take bigger swings out on the ball. With the 98 square inch head, an 11.1 ounce strung weight, and an open 16x19 string pattern the new Radical MP is the most versatile racquet within the new Radical series.

My experience with Head Radical MP

Head Radical MP Review Head size: The Head Radical MP has a head size of 98 square inches, which is considered a medium-sized head with a good balance of power and control. Weight: The Head Radical MP weighs approximately 11 ounces (without strings). In my experience, this is a medium weight for a tennis racquet, providing enough weight to generate power while still being easy to maneuver. String pattern: The string pattern of the Head Radical MP is 16x19, which means that it has 16 main strings (vertical strings) and 19 cross strings (horizontal strings). I used RPM Blast and this pattern provides a good combination of power and spin. Balance: The balance point of the Head Radical MP is a 7-point headlight, which means that the head of the racket is slightly lighter than the handle. This helps to provide good control and maneuverability. Overall, the Head Radical MP is a versatile tennis racket with a good balance of power and control. If you think you want an ultralight racquet, maybe try this one instead

I got an ultralight racquet due to shoulder pain, but couldn't get enough power with it. I felt like that was going to create a different type of strain. With the Head Radical MP, even though it weighs considerably more than an ultralight racquet--it's a full ounce heavier than I thought I wanted--it doesn't feel heavy. And the rounded edges of the frame help you keep the ball in play even when you mishit. It's just a comfortable, easy racquet to play with. Even though I'm still working on my form, I can play with this racquet for hours without pain. I liked it immediately the first time I played with it. There is nothing I dislike about it. If it's unavailable, I'd suggest the Head Extreme MP, which I also liked quite a bit.

Finally found a frame to elevate my game

I am a 4.5 level 40+ recreational player that competes on the USTA league and tournament circuit regularly. I demoed this racquet in stock specs with Lynx Tour 17g at 52lbs, and fell in love immediately. This stick allows me to hit whatever shots I want from all parts of the court. The best part was access to easy power while retaining the crucial elements of fine touch/feel, and directional control over the ball. It was uncanny and felt surreal but I found myself playing more creative and aggressive tennis than before. My confidence has shot up significantly, and I look forward to being on the court even more.

Easy racket to play with
