Head updates the Extreme Tour for 2022 -- turning the frame into the ultimate spin-machine for tournament players. Head has upgraded the Extreme Tour with state-of-the-art Auxetic technology, helping you to spin big and create chaos. Auxetic constructions show a unique deformation compared to non-Auxetic constructions. Due to their internal properties, Auxetic constructions widen when a “pull” force is applied and contract when squeezed. The bigger the applied force, the bigger the Auxetic reaction. Endorsed by Matteo Berrettini the Extreme Tour is ideal for tournament players looking to dictate with optimal spin and power.

The Extreme Tour features Head's "Spin Shaft" which provides optimized lateral stability, creating higher spin potential. Along with a shaft that helps create extra spin, the Extreme Tour has unique spin grommets which allow more string movement and a powerful trampoline effect on impact with the ball. Head strategically positioned Graphene which strengthens the frame, provides greater stability and optimizes energy transfer from racquet to ball. Head's Extreme performance frames come with a fresh, daring design.

If selecting tension "Below Range", please note at checkout within the comments field your desired tension value.

Spin Machine is right
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

From the baseline, the butter smooth feel of the racquet provides the confidence of firing big top spin hits, harder than with other racquets. Now the head on the Tour is a bit smaller so get the ball in the sweet spot but when you do, to me, the Extreme becomes a tool which gets you points.
