Nice starter machine
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

I just bought this to experiment with stringing. I am not a string breaker, so it didn't make a lot of financial sense going in, but I just wanted to tinker and learn something about the craft on my own time. This is a really nice machine and is well built. I don't have any durability concerns so far after stringing three racquets. I would recommend not even reading the manual and go straight to YouTube to learn how to use this particular machine. I learned a lot just having a laptop on the table so I could follow along with my first racquet. I strung my other racquets without any visual aids and it just becomes a natural thing as long as you don't get frustrated with the time it takes stringing on an entry level machine. For me, it takes 90 minutes or more. If you are stringing occasionally for yourself or a friend, this is great. If you are stringing as a side job, you will want to look for better models realizing you will pay a lot more for the ease of use of upper tier models.

Solid machine. Comes exactly as advertised. Stable machine, reliable stringer. Obviously, won’t be as fast as the crank or electronic stringers, but gets the job done. Also, the small size doesn’t occupy a ton of space in my apartment, which is a plus. Pleasantly surprised by the quick shipping (at my door in 4 days!).

Solid basic stringer
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

The stringer is well built and holds my Wilson Blade 98S just fine. It's basic but that's what you get at this price point. I am new to stringing so I used the instructions as well as youtube videos to figure out how to string. My machine came with 3 40ft sets of string. Gamma Ocho poly 17g, Live wire multifilament 16g, and Gamma synthetic gut 16g.

Meets my stringing needs!
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

This device is awesome! There's a learning curve but after a couple hours practicing, stringing a racquet within an hour. Very sturdy, well constructed machine. I've been stringing for friends now. I was worried about choosing a lower priced model but my fears were allayed upon assembling and using the device. It's solid!

Really Great Quality
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

I have to admit, the only reason I bought this machine was because it was the cheapest machine out there. But I was greatly surprised at how great the quality of the machine was. Just by picking up the machine and feeling the weight of the components, you can easily tell that the machine is going to last a long time. The instructions included with the machine are a bit vague and don't give much help to the whole stringing job unless you already have experience stringing. I love how the machine came with all the tools needed to string a racket as adequately as a professional. When I bought this, I bought 2 rolls of string separately. Being a completely beginner stringer, and going off of YouTube Videos, I didn't want to screw up and damage my newly purchase string. This product came with 4, 40 ft. coils of tennis string though. I was able to use these 4 coils to act as "Practice" and get familiar with the stringing process. If you are having trouble with getting familiar with stringing on this machine, I recommend you search "Gamma x-2 stringing tutorial" on YouTube. For the price and just overall, this product is a great buy! In comparison to the Gamma x-6 which is over $150 more expensive, this machine does the same thing and maybe even better. Very Impressed!
