Head MXG 3 Demo Racquet Warranty Information:

The MXG 3 Demo Racquets will carry Head's normal one year company racquet warranty policy. They have also been approved for re-sale to the consumer.

MXG 3s sold by Tennis-Point will have a warranty sticker with a QR code above the grip. If scanned, the QR code will direct the user to the racquet's warranty information.

Please note, underneath the sticker, you may see "Demo, not for resale" text. Head has approved these racquets for resale at a discounted price.

Please include the original sales receipt along with a description of why you are returning the racquet.

• The MXG 3 Demo Racquets carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Replacement is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
• Upon arrival, if our warranty team determines that the racquet is clearly defective, we reserve the right to replace it directly from our stock.
• Racquets sent to the manufacturer for evaluation typically take 4 to 6 weeks, possibly longer based on the manufacturer's backlog.
• If your racquet is replaced under warranty, Tennis-Point will offer to string the racquet with a complimentary string for a charge of $10.00. Specialty string requests are charged at the price of the string plus a $10 labor charge.
• Racquets that show signs of abuse or unusual wear will not be replaced.
• If the purchased racquet is no longer available, the customer will receive a Tennis-Point in-store credit for the purchase price of the racquet.
• If the manufacturer does not replace your tennis racquet, we will contact you about returning of the racquet. If we do not receive a response, we will dispose of the racquet.
