Greatness continues for Babolat’s Pure Aero line: the 2023 Pure Aero is here for a whole new generation of players on and off the tour.

Babolat adds strategically-placed NF²-Tech flax inserts at the 3 o’clock, 9 o’clock, and handle positions for optimal shock absorption on this powerful frame. These natural flax fibers are carefully integrated into the frame to create the most feel and sensation yet. An added bonus: extra sound quality for that satisfying pop and an exceptional playing experience.

The 2023 Pure Aero also carries all the hallmarks of its predecessors, which include SWX Pure Feel SMACWRAP technology powered by the French aerospace company SMAC; an aerodynamic frame that increases spin and optimizes racquet head speed; an open string pattern for added bite on the ball; and Carbonplystabilizer power by Chomarat.

Endorsed by Rafa and next-generation players Felix Auger-Aliassime, Carlos Alcaraz, Holger Rune, and Leylah Fernandez, the 2023 Pure Aero dominates the game.

For Optimal String Performance Babolat Recommends:

I love this racquet!
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

This racquet is awesome. It feels smooth to hit, allows for good control, spin, and power. It also has a great sound to it. I had previously hit with the 2019 version as well as the lite. I liked both of those models as well. This model feels similar, as it it the same size, weight, and frame width. The string pattern is a little tighter in the center with this newer version, which is designed to give a bit more control than the 2019. Supposedly the power and spin potentials are reduced a bit with this 2023 model in order to give it more control. I'm still able to get plenty of power and spin with this model, however, and for me having the added control is important. I strung it at 54 pounds, which is a little looser than my previous racquet, in order to gain back a little of that power. I'm in my mid-40s and I hit the ball hard, so I need a racquet that will be gentle on my elbow and shoulder. This one is terrific in that regard.

Best Aero Yet
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

I've been playing with the 2019 Pure Aero and truly love the racket. When the 2023 came out I decided to try it. I'm a lefty and my backhand slice is my weapon. With the new tighter string bed I thought I might lose some spin. Not the case whatsoever. My spin is awesome and control and feel with this racket is better than any racket I've ever owned. I love it so I bought a second one.

Fantastic racquet. Gives me more power and better control. I hit a heavy, deep ball. The ball seems to stay on my racquet longer.

Feels good and perhaps it is the best racket I have ever played with. This is my Third Pure Aero and by far the best, Quicker on the back hand and perhaps better to serve with. More control
