It is very important to measure correctly.
Here you can find a general rule for determining your measures:
Place the measuring tape closely but not too tightly around the body part you would like to measure. If you measure alone, try to measure several times to calculate an average. Otherwise, try to find help. Please keep in mind that children grow faster than adults. Thus, you should measure more often.

1Chest measurement
Measure horizontally around the chest so that the band is under the arms and around the back.

2Lower breast
Put the measuring tape horizontally on the chest below the bust and let it go around your body.

3Waist
Very easy – measure horizontally around the smallest part of your waist.

4Hip
Put the measuring tape horizontally around the broadest hip (nates).

5Inner leg length
For the inside leg measure from the highest inside leg side (crotch) down to the ankle.

6Sidelength
Measure the side length vertically from the waist to the hip to the wavy hem.

7Body height
Stand straight and closely with your back to a wall or door without shoes. Measure from tip to toe.
